The longer answer: Instagram is the third largest social media platform and fastest growing. Instagram is a photo and video sharing platform that has features like stories and reels. Stories have fun filters, stickers, and music to play that disappear after 24 hours. Reels, like TikToks, are quick videos that stay on your profile and, if done right, can be viewed hundreds, if not thousands of times.

According to HubSpot, 90% of Instagram users follow at least one business account. Instagram images also get 23 times more engagement than on Facebook. Hootsuite reported that almost 78% of Instagram users are between the ages of 18-44 with an even balance of men and women. The younger audiences even prefer Instagram to other social media platforms (even TikTok!).
