We typically spend the last 7-10 days of a given month figuring out what campaigns should be run for the next month. 90% of the time we've already figured that out, but about 10% of the time, a focus has shifted or simply, things change. So, we analyze every client, make sure we have a plan in place and ensure that we can simply press play on the last day of the month because come the 1st, things better be running. Also, we have incredibly detailed reports that go out on the first of the month, so we want to make sure they're formatted correctly and scheduled appropriately to ensure every client gets a quality social media marketing report.
